Rudder Prepare, RTV and Clecoe

Spent two hours this morning.  Removed all internal vinyl, final polishing of parts, cleaned.  Put RTV sealant at the stiffner tips, and clecoed the rudder assembly together.  You can see the top stiffners in this pic.  Looks like a huge glob of RTV but the reflection adds to the effect.

Also below, shots of clecoed rudder.  I’m not going to rivet this together until tomorrow morning.  RTV takes 24 hours to full cure.
